When Jöel Robuchon came back from his retirement to create the L'Atelier he requested it to be excluded from Guide Michelin. This restaurants inside the Hotel Pont Royal focus on the growing market for single (and couples) eating out by placing all 41 seats around a counter top surrounding the open kitchen. This way all guests can see the chefs prepare the food and be entertained at the same time as they enjoy the creations by Robuchon and his chefs.
Other L'Ateliers are available in Las Vegas, New York, Macao, Tokyo, Londres and Hong Kong. The L'Aterlier is open 11.30-15.30 and 18.30-24.00 365 days a year, reservations are possible for the first service of the night.
