L'Astrance has 26 seats and a 3 month waiting list; this makes it a very exclusive restaurant, chef Pascal Barbotand and maître d' Christophe Rohat has no fixed menu but creates a unique menu for every guest depending on their preferences. Both are former disciples of Alain Passcard of L'Arpège and opened L'Astrance in 2000. It is commonly featured as one of the top 10 restaurants of the world and it already has two Michelin stars.

The lunch menu is €70 (€110 with wine), autumn menu is €120 (€190 with wine) and the Astrance menu is €190 (€290 with wine). The guardian has a good review of L'Astrance.

Opening hours is Tuesday-Friday 12:15-13:30 and Tuesday-Saturday 08:30-23:45. L'Astrance is closed in August. Closest Metro station is Trocadéro.
